The Lesson Editor is your canvas for creating personalized language learning materials from scratch. With our intuitive, Notion-like interface, you can easily craft engaging lessons that perfectly match your learning goals.

Getting Started 🏁​

Creating a new lesson is simple and straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the Create page
  2. Select the "Create Lesson" tab
  3. Enter a title for your lesson
  4. (Optional) Add a description to help organize your content
  5. Start adding content blocks to build your lesson

The Block-Based Editor 📝​

Our editor uses a flexible block system that lets you combine different content types:

Text Blocks 📄​

  • Add paragraphs, headings, lists, and quotes
  • Perfect for explanations, stories, or grammar notes

Image Blocks 🖼️​

  • Upload images to illustrate concepts
  • Add visual context to vocabulary
  • Include cultural references or visual learning aids

YouTube Blocks 🎥​

  • Embed YouTube videos directly in your lessons
  • Great for pronunciation examples, cultural content, or songs
  • Videos include transcripts when available

Building Your Lesson 🧱​

To add content to your lesson:

  1. Click the "+" button that appears when you hover between blocks
  2. Select the type of content you want to add (Text, Image, or YouTube)
  3. Add your content to the new block
  4. Use the drag handle to reposition blocks as needed

Organizing Content ⚙️​

Keep your lessons well-structured with these features:

  • Block Controls - Each block has its own formatting options
  • Delete Blocks - Remove unwanted content with the delete option
